Job summary

Consciousabraxas is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals and families across licensed states, with flexible hours and a W-2 arrangement.

Ideal candidates hold an active license, a relevant master’s degree, and experience in outpatient mental health or teletherapy. You will work with a startup team, offering compassionate care and supporting access to behavioral health services remotely.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, or teletherapy preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a startup and communicate with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support as needed.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and teammates for case guidance.
