Job summary

Parallel is looking for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year to deliver high-impact teletherapy to students. You'll conduct evaluations, provide IEP-aligned therapy sessions, and track progress for students with learning differences.

This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team. Ideal candidates should have at least a year of school-based experience, a current CCC-SLP, and be tech-savvy.

Compensation varies by state, ranging from $52 to $68 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time school-based experience conducting IEP-directed therapy.
• Demonstrated expertise in the IEP process and educational eligibility determinations.
• Availability during standard school hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide student-centered, IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams for IEP design and monitoring.

Skills

Exceptional communication skills

Experience with Medicaid billing systems

Tech-savvy with virtual telehealth platforms

Ability to build rapport with diverse backgrounds

Education

Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Active SLP license in any U.S. state
