Job summary

All Care Therapies is expanding its Remote Occupational Therapy team to serve clients via telehealth across the United States. You will assess, plan, and deliver OT services to a diverse caseload, promoting independence and functional skills while adhering to HIPAA and state licensure requirements.

The role emphasizes pediatric care (18 months+) and may include opportunities for feeding or hand therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State OT License or eligibility to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or demonstrated clinical interview.
• Proficiency with teletherapy platform and digital records (EHR).
• Comfortable working with pediatric clients (18 months+).
• Feeding/Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients via telehealth to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Deliver remote occupational therapy interventions to improve independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance daily living.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and plans.
• Adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards for teletherapy.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively for sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices.
