Master's level licensure in NC is required, with leadership experience in behavioral health strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work or psychology with licensure in North Carolina.
• Leadership/clinical supervision experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintains active clinical practice and provides direct patient care support during staffing shortages and surges.
• Conducts comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Leads daily clinical operations, patient flow, and telepsychiatry tracking.
• Guides staff onboarding, training and professional development activities.
• Participates in quality improvement and regulatory readiness initiatives.
• Coordinates 24/7/365 clinical coverage and escalation processes.
