Qualifications

• Board certified and fully licensed in MA; credentialed in clinical role.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• 5+ years of clinician experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Business planning and operational experience in healthcare.
• Experience managing complex matrix organizations in healthcare.
• Leadership that fosters continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavioral health clinical care aligning with organizational goals.
• Supervise physicians, APPs and behavioral health clinicians; ensure coverage.
• Develop budgets and manage department finances for the division.
• Promote population health strategies and community engagement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality initiatives across the region.
