Job summary

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care with predictable W-2 compensation, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling.

Clinicians handle a lower-to-moderate acuity patient population across the lifespan, with standard session lengths and full operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing.

This role emphasizes clinical autonomy with multi-state licensing support and onboarding incentives for long-term retention.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available)
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD)
• Patient population across the lifespan: children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups)
• No inpatient, IOP, or crisis coverage
• In-house referral network to therapists
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing
