Job summary

LOCASCIO WELLNESS INC is seeking a psychiatrist for a fully remote telehealth medication management role. You will evaluate clients, prescribe medications, and coordinate with therapists to address the whole-person care. A PA license is required, and we offer flexible full- or part-time (1099) opportunities with strong support staff.

The position emphasizes collaborative, relationship-centered care and a flexible schedule within a growing telemedicine practice in the PA region.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with PA medical license and psychiatry residency completed.
• Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry; active DEA registration.
• Comfort delivering care via telehealth and credentialing with payers.

Responsibilities

• Identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide diagnoses.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Prescribe psychotherapeutic medication and adjust prescriptions according to the patient’s response.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan, including all medication information.
• Consult with primary care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care is provided.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest professional developments and research.
