Legion Health is recruiting licensed psychiatrists for fully remote telehealth roles in the United States. Positions are available as full-time or part-time, with autonomy to manage your clinical practice and comprehensive operational support.

We offer market-leading compensation ($300K–$500K annually), robust administrative help, malpractice coverage, credentialing support, and access to premier EHR, e-prescribing, and AI tools to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering care remotely via telehealth and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
