You will facilitate language communication for LEP communities across various settings, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

The role emphasizes on-demand remote interpretation, adherence to conduct codes, and a strong client-service mindset as part of a growing network of qualified interpreters.

Formación

• Fluent in both English and Kizigua.
• Proficient with web-based platforms, email and MS Word.
• Ability to maintain quiet, secure interpreting space.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective telephonic remote interpreting.
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct and confidentiality.
