Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience; may be 2+ in some states.
• PTCB National Certification or equivalent state-accepted national certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy and support Pharmacist oversight.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, cycle counts, returns-to-stock and inventory accuracy.
• Facilitate communication between Telepharmacy team and Supervising Pharmacist.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle patient interactions at the Telepharmacy counter and by phone.
