Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1+ year pharmacy technician experience.
• PTCB certification or equivalent state-accepted national certification.
• State licensure requirements vary by state.

• Ability to concentrate for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee remote dispensing pharmacy operations and maintain safety.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including controlled substances and cycle counts.
• Communicate with patients, insurers and prescribers within legal limits.
• Follow CVS workflow procedures and QA standards across workstations.
• Mentor and train Telepharmacy Technicians; participate in team development.
• Address patient concerns and ensure timely service and resolution.
