Job summary

QuickMD in the United States offers fully virtual telemedicine for addiction care and other services. Physicians set their own schedule within a weekly framework, work from anywhere, and avoid traditional office overhead with an EMR and dedicated provider-support team.

This role is 15–20 hours weekly, requires active multi-state licenses, and compensates per visit ($35/consult) with higher hourly earnings as visit times shorten; top performers earn $260K+ annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
