Job summary

QuickMD is a fully virtual telemedicine provider seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least five states. You will deliver high-quality virtual care, conduct assessments, and manage patient treatment while working remotely on a flexible schedule.

The role emphasizes independent contracting, access to streamlined EMR tools, and ongoing credentialing support to expand care access across underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states, with preference for AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX; QuickMD covers licensing costs.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days with schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
