Job summary

QuickMD seeks dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual telemedicine team.

Your background may be in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, with a focus on high-quality, accessible care outside traditional practice constraints. Physicians work independently as 1099 contractors, set their own schedule within a weekly framework, and use a streamlined EMR with provider-support.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemedicine or high-volume clinical practice.
• Excellent communication skills and clinical excellence.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (buprenorphine for OUD allowed).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
