Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care and flexible scheduling. Physicians set their own visit times, work from anywhere, and operate with minimal administrative burdens.

The role requires an active medical license in at least five U.S. states and DEA registration, with QuickMD covering license costs. Compensation is per-visit on a 1099 basis, with strong earning potential tied to patient volume and visit length.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses; QuickMD covers costs.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
