QuickMD is a fully virtual telemedicine platform hiring physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states. The role offers flexible, client-focused care with no office overhead and a commission-based structure.

Physicians work remotely, 15+ hours weekly, across four days, with scheduling submitted a week ahead. Compensation is per consult ($35) with a top hourly rate of $210 as visit times shorten; top earners reach $260K+ annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs)
• Telehealth experience or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days with schedules submitted one week in advance
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required
• Interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance (no C2 prescribing, except buprenorphine for MOUD)
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices
