Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based), with pay scaling up to $210/hour as visit times shorten; top earners reach $260K+ annually. Join a team focused on addiction care and expanding access to care, with flexible scheduling and rapid onboarding.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days
• DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices
