All work is fully virtual; compensation is per completed consult, with $35 per consult and $105/hour for a standard 20-minute visit, rising to higher rates for shorter visits. Top earners exceed $260k annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states and willingness to obtain additional licenses
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across a minimum of four days
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no C- substances except buprenorphine for OUD)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth and medical advancements
