Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider, seeks licensed physicians to join our fully virtual team. Work-from-anywhere with a structured weekly framework and no office overhead, focusing on addiction care, weight management, and general telehealth services.

Roles are independent contractor positions requiring active multi-state licenses and DEA registration. Expect compensation on a per-visit basis with potential earnings reflecting hours and visit efficiency.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
