The role supports addiction care and expands access to care. It requires licensing in multiple states, DEA registration, telehealth experience, and a commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days with schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Prescribe medications and advise on proper use per protocol (buprenorphine allowed for OUD where applicable).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
