Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preference for AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Able to commit 15 hours weekly across at least four days with schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews, and determine appropriate treatment.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build strong doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and guide appropriate use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to ensure continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
