Qualifications

• Active, multi-state medical license and willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly across four days, with scheduling provided in advance.
• DEA registration and state CSL where required.
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications where appropriate (no C‑substances, except buprenorphine for OUD as allowed).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay current with telehealth best practices.
