Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. We seek dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully remote team, practicing without office overhead and with a flexible weekly schedule.

Work is fully virtual with compensation per completed consult ($35) and hourly equivalents ($105–$210 depending on visit length). This independent contractor role offers physician support, onboarding, and access to modern EMR tools to deliver

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
