Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states with willingness to obtain more licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication and clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and guide their use; buprenorphine for OUD if applicable.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
