Seeking licensed physicians in at least five U.S. states, with telehealth or high-volume practice experience. No office overhead, structured weekly schedule, and dedicated provider-support team.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required
• Interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and guidance on proper use (no C- substances, buprenorphine exception)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
