Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider, offers fully virtual care across multiple states. This independent contractor role lets physicians set a flexible schedule within a structured weekly framework and work from anywhere, with a focus on addiction care and general telehealth.

Requirements include active medical licenses in at least five states (AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX preferred), telehealth experience, and a commitment of 15–20 hours per week across four days.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preference for AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Willingness to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Prescribe medications within scope and guidelines (buprenorphine for MOUD permitted)
• Collaborate with care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay updated on telehealth innovations and best practices
