Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own schedule within a structured weekly framework and operate as independent contractors with 1099 compensation.

The role emphasizes addiction care, with compensation at $35 per completed consult and earnings potential up to $260K+ for top performers. The position requires an active medical license in at least five U.S.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Willingness to commit 15+ hours per week across at least four days
• Strong communication and clinical excellence
• DEA registration and CSL where required
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications where appropriate (excluding most controlled substances)
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices
