Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider operating virtually across 44 states. Physicians work as independent contractors with flexible 15–20 hour weekly commitments, receiving per-visit compensation and comprehensive support to deliver high-quality addiction care and other telehealth services.

All work is fully virtual, with licensing in multiple states supported by QuickMD. The platform emphasizes minimal administration, rapid onboarding, and secure EMR systems to empower clinicians to focus

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Able to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days with schedules submitted a week in advance.
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications per policy (buprenorphine for OUD allowed; no other controlled substances).
• Collaborate with other physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay updated with telehealth practices.
