Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. Since 2019, we've supported patients seeking addiction treatment and broader telehealth services, with physicians setting their own schedules in a flexible, fully remote model.

This role is independent contractor-based, paying $35 per completed consult (approx. $105/hour at a 20-minute visit), with the potential to reach $210/hour for shorter visit times and top earners over $260K annually.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Willingness to commit 15–20 hours weekly across at least four days.
• Strong communication and clinical excellence.
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care through assessments, history reviews, and treatment decisions.
• Build patient relationships with compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to guide care.
• Prescribe non-controlled medications as appropriate (QuickMD does not prescribe CS except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth best practices and medical advancements.
