Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days.
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and treatment decisions.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications within scope and guidelines; no controlled substances except buprenorphine for MOUD.
• Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay updated with telemedicine advancements and best practices.
