This role supports addiction care, weight management, and general telehealth services, with dedicated provider support and streamlined EMR tooling. • Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (buprenorphine for OUD as applicable).
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay current with telehealth practices.
