Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider, exclusively offers virtual care with flexible scheduling. Physicians set their own weekly visits within a structured framework and work remotely as independent contractors.

Compensation is per completed consult, with pay scaling by visit length and performance, and QuickMD covers credentialing support and malpractice insurance. We seek physicians licensed in at least five states with telemedicine or high-volume practice experience.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Preference for licenses in AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses; QuickMD covers costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
