Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five states (preferring 3+ of AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Ability to commit to 15+ hours weekly across four days; schedules submitted weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care with patient assessments and history reviews.
• Prescribe and guide treatment while avoiding controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth advancements and best practices.
