Job summary

Audibel, a Starkey Hearing Technologies subsidiary, seeks a TeleHear Provider to support patient care through tele-hear programs. The role involves testing patients remotely, guiding sales, and training local staff across offices.

You will troubleshoot technical issues and assist in the remote patient journey with a focus on excellence in hearing healthcare. The candidate should have an Audiology degree (Master’s or Au.D.), at least 3 years of retail dispensing experience, and strong skills in

Qualifications

• Audiology degree (Master’s or Au.D.) required.
• 3 years of retail dispensing experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Starkey software.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and assist local providers in the sales process.
• Troubleshoot remote technical issues during tele-hear sessions.
• Provide diagnostic, sales verification or troubleshooting support remotely as needed.
