Job summary

Audibel, a Starkey Hearing Technologies subsidiary, seeks a dynamic TeleHear Provider to work with local offices, guiding patients in tele-hear programs and supporting remote sales processes.

You will test patients remotely, train staff, and troubleshoot technical issues while assisting in the sales and selection of hearing aids. A Master’s or Au.D. in Audiology and 3 years of retail dispensing are required.

Qualifications

• Audiology degree (Master’s or Au.D.) required.
• At least 3 years of retail dispensing experience.
• Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of tele-health processes.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and assist local providers in sales.
• Troubleshoot technical issues remotely during tele-hear sales.
• Provide remote diagnostic, sales verification, or troubleshooting support as needed.
• Advise patients on the use and outcomes of counseling tools.
