Job summary

Agape Behavioral Health is seeking a Telehealth Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy from a remote location in South Florida. The role involves psychosocial assessments, master treatment planning, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team to support the treatment goals.

The therapist will maintain clinical records, participate in treatment plan reviews, and assist in discharge planning while communicating with families and referral sources as needed.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree Required
• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC Required
• A minimum of 1 year experience in substance abuse or mental health treatment preferred

Responsibilities

• Review assessments from referring facilities and gather additional information
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with measurable goals
• Lead and co-facilitate group therapy sessions
• Maintain clinical records according to program policies and licensing requirements
• Coordinate discharge planning and communication with families and referral sources
