Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington to deliver behavioral health services via telehealth. Therapists operate as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseload and full schedule autonomy, while Rula handles billing, insurance, EHR, and admin tasks.

Eligible providers earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly payments and protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. WA license and telehealth capability required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC and provide telehealth.
• Must have a valid NPI.
• Licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Manage scheduling and client notes with autonomy as a 1099 contractor.
• Collaborate with Rula’s admin team for billing and claims.
