Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy, focusing on client care while Rula handles billing, claims, and administrative tasks.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), biweekly direct deposit, and protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Providers can credential quickly, set their own hours, and receive ongoing support from a supportive community.

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
