Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Therapists work as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. You’ll focus on delivering high-quality behavioral health care while Rula handles admin, billing, and EHR support.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Remote work is available for WA providers.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC in WA
• Valid NPI
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy to clients and families
• Maintain session notes and EHR entries
• Coordinate with billing and admin teams as needed
