Providers work as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, while Rula handles billing, claims and administrative tasks.

Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed pay every two weeks by direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims.
