Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Providers join as 1099 contractors, with no minimum caseload and full schedule autonomy, delivering behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks and payment protection for no-shows and denials. Benefits include fast credentialing, flexible availability, company handling billing and insurance, and
