Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Providers join as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, delivering care to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth.

Compensation includes $80 per 53-minute session, guaranteed pay every two weeks, and protection for no-shows and cancellations. Administrative support covers billing, claims, and EHR, enabling clinicians to focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC and licensed to practice in Washington.
• Valid NPI number and ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to clients via telehealth.
• Maintain client notes and documentation; coordinate with the Rula administrative team for scheduling and billing.
