Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians in Washington. Providers will operate as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, focusing on delivering high-quality telehealth sessions to individuals and families.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), biweekly direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Rula handles billing and admin tasks, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMHC/LICSW/LMFT and licensed to practice in Washington.
• Valid NPI number.
• Telehealth capability and credentialing support.
• Contractor status with 1099 arrangement in WA.
