Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We offer 1099 contractor roles with no minimum caseload and full schedule autonomy so you can choose when to see clients and how to run your practice.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks and protections for no-shows and denied claims. You handle sessions and notes; we manage billing, claims, EHR, and support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
