Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians and offering telehealth opportunities to LMHCs, LMFTs, and LICSWs. Join as an independent contractor and set your own schedule while earning $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and biweekly direct deposit.

Providers enjoy fast credentialing, complete schedule autonomy, and dedicated support. You’ll handle sessions and notes; Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and remote operations, with potential in-person incentives for certain sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients.
• Maintain accurate notes in the EHR and complete required documentation.
• Manage scheduling autonomy and client referrals per Rula guidelines.
• Collaborate with billing and admin support handled by Rula.
• Adhere to credentialing and compliance requirements.
