Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers and invites qualified LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC professionals to join as 1099 contractors. You’ll be paid $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with direct deposit every two weeks and payment protection for no-shows and cancellations.

Providers gain complete schedule autonomy and access to client referrals, while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and admin support. Telehealth is supported, with WA requirements and remote work available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number required.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC/other licensed services to clients.
• Manage sessions and notes; billing, claims and EHR handled by the company.
• Set and adjust your own schedule; participate in dedicated provider referrals.
