Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. The LMHC role offers schedule autonomy and private-practice style telehealth within a contracting network. Providers are 1099 contractors with no minimum caseload and full scheduling freedom.

Compensation includes $80 per 53-minute hourly session, with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and protections for no-shows and denied claims. In-person session bonuses may apply for physical sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHT/LMHC and/or LICSW in Washington.
• Must hold a valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC services to clients via telehealth in Washington.
• Collaborate with Rula network and manage sessions within schedule autonomy.
