Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We offer flexible, schedule-autonomous telehealth opportunities for LMFTs, LICSWs, and LMHCs who are fully licensed in Washington and have an active NPI.

Providers operate as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy. Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly payments and protection for no-shows and denied claims.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Active NPI number required.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Telehealth capability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain client notes and session documentation in EHR.
• Collaborate with Rula clinical and administrative teams.
