Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We offer telehealth with session autonomy and a pay model of $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) for LMHCs, with guaranteed direct deposit every two weeks and protection for no-shows and denials.

Providers join as 1099 contractors, can set their own schedule, and receive admin support for billing, claims, and EHR while focusing on client care. In-person session bonuses may apply where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW or LMFT.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
