Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. You will work as a 1099 contractor with a flexible, private-practice friendly setup and strong clinical support.

Applicants must hold a master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field and have at least 2 years of CBT experience with adults. Telehealth experience and comfort with digital tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
